Upgrades across three lines.
Three casepackers on three separate production lines were upgraded to improve machine performance and support reliable running across a range of product formats.
AZH’s scope
Mechanical, electrical and commissioning work.
The AZH team replaced the pusher assemblies with servo-driven Festo units and installed paddles driven by pneumatic cylinders. AZH carried out the mechanical and electrical work and commissioned all three casepackers.
Delivery
Production-aware format testing.
Work was planned around production and the availability of each machine. The team commissioned up to 30 different formats, fine-tuning each format’s parameters for speed and reliability. The upgrades delivered faster, smoother and more reliable operation.
